During the initial setup, we will focus on:
Casino Admin establishes the framework for the program. The Host section puts that framework into practice by defining the offers and booking experience available to players. During onboarding, we will work through these finer details so each offer aligns with the rules, settings, and limitations already established.

Onboarding Process
Alliance Travel prepares as much as possible in advance and guides each part of the setup in the proper sequence.
Before your first onboarding session, Alliance Travel will prepare your property details using information from your website and the images and materials your team provides. During the first session, we will review the setup together and confirm that the information is accurate.
Next, we will review and confirm your Booking Rules, including minimum and maximum stay lengths, advance-booking requirements, the future booking window, cancellation timing, additional guest fees when applicable, check-in and checkout information, and other pertinent booking details.
We will establish your reinvestment percentage in coordination with your internal comp rates, particularly the rate assigned to your entry-level room. We will also confirm your maximum comp value per day, maximum food and beverage amount per day, and the other applicable Comp Rule settings.
We will review your default 100-mile Competitive Range, which automatically excludes participating casinos within that distance. We will then determine whether the range should be expanded or whether any additional properties should be excluded individually. All exclusions are reciprocal.
Once the Casino Admin settings are established, we will add the participating room types and establish the room rates and availability offered through the program. These settings will work in conjunction with the Booking Rules and Comp Rules already established.
We will review whether your property opts to include Bonus Play as part of the program. Bonus Play can help offset the certificate redemption fee players pay directly to Alliance Travel while also providing an additional incentive for players to choose your property. We will review the available settings, including the amount offered and your property’s position on the true cost of free play.
After the essential Casino Admin and Host settings are confirmed, your property can go live and begin receiving booking requests from qualified players at participating casinos.
The final part of onboarding will be establishing the date for your first Event. Once the date is set, your Special Events and Marketing teams can begin preparing the Event, invitation materials, eligible player list, and certificate distribution.
Experiences are an ongoing part of the program and may be added or updated over time. Some may be available throughout an extended date range, while others may be tied to specific dates, entertainment, activities, or seasonal opportunities.
Your marketing team can continue using this section to highlight current property offerings and create new Experiences specifically for Alliance Travel players.
Alliance Travel explains how the program works, how the casino administrator portal is organized, and how the Event and certificate sections connect.
Review the Event process, certificate setup, player eligibility, invitation materials, and the responsibilities of each team member.
Alliance Travel will work with your team to choose the Event format, audience, timing, staffing, and certificate process.

Program Benefits
Alliance Travel connects independent casino resorts through a reciprocal travel program designed to reward qualified players and introduce participating properties to new guests from outside their local market.
Your property can receive booking requests from qualified players sponsored by other participating casinos.
Your team remains in control of the rooms, rates, availability, Bonus Play, Experiences, and booking approvals offered through the program.
Your casino can provide qualified players with access to hosted stays at participating casino resorts.
The program gives your team a distinctive way to recognize loyalty, strengthen player relationships, and offer an experience beyond the traditional local comp.
Alliance Travel supports certificate distribution, player verification, booking requests, approvals, and reporting, while each casino remains in control of its own player eligibility, program rules, offers, rates, and availability.
